Wilkins Construction Inc. has had extensive experience in Conventional Building Construction. They provide a complete service, including acquiring land, engineering services, coordinate applications for local authorities (ie building permits, etc.), and all construction requirements through to occupancy. Many projects have been completed in the commercial, industrial construction.
Machine Bases (Foundation, Pits, Etc.)
For over 25 years, Wilkins Construction Inc. has provided manufacturing plants with complete services for installation of varying machine bases. We can provide layout, demolition, excavation, form work, anchor bolt placement, steel fabricating and placement of designed bases for factory needs. Our attention to detail and quality have made us one of the leaders in industry.
The complete building system is pre-engineered to facilitate easy production and assembly on site.
Pre-Engineered Buildings
Pre-engineered buildings can be as unique as your needs. A computer-assisted design helps create a building for a specific use, whether it’s a service station, retail outlet, manufacturing or office building. These buildings are intended primarily for commercial, industrial or institutional occupancies. They feature a structural steel framework of primary and secondary members (rigid frame, beams, purlins and girts, trusses, and columns) on to which cladding and roofing components are attached.
The complete building system is pre-engineered to facilitate easy production and assembly on site.
